OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE HEBER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO HEAR PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING THE ADEQUACY AND
SUFFICIENCY OF PUPIL TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AT:
Public Hearing to Determine Sufficiency of Instructional Materials For School Year 25-26

Education Code 60119 requires the Board to conduct an annual public hearing to determine the sufficiency of District Textbooks and instructional materials. At the hearing, the Board must determine by resolution whether each District student has or will have before the end of that fiscal year sufficient textbooks and /or instructional materials.
This notice serves to inform the public that Heber Elementary School District will be holding a public hearing on September 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. during the regular scheduled board meeting to determine sufficiency of instructional materials for students in the District for the 2025-2026 school year.

El Distrito Escolar de Heber pondrá a disposición del publico cierta información relativa para determinar si cada estudiante tiene o tendrá suficientes libros de texto y/o materiales de instrucción en cada materia que sean consistentes con el contenido y los ciclos del marco curricular adoptado por la junta estatal, incluyendo Aprendizaje de Inglés de conformidad con el Código de Gobierno sección EC 60119.
El Distrito Escolar de Heber solicita la participación de padres, maestros, miembros de la comunidad y lideres de la unidad de negociación.
Todas las personas interesadas están invitadas a asistir a la junta regular de la mesa directiva donde se llevará a cabo la audiencia pública el día
